What’s changing?
We have reviewed the pricing of our Standard Plus internet plan and will be increasing the price from $75 to $80 per month.
Why was this change made?
Every so often we need to make changes to our plans and pricing. We wanted to let you know how our latest changes affect you.
From 1 November 2023, we will be increasing the price of our Standard Plus internet plan from $75 to $80 per month.
We know any price rise is hard and this is not a decision we take lightly.
When will my charges change?
You will receive an email or SMS from us ahead of the price increase, giving you at least 30 days' notice.

What does this change mean for me?
You don’t have to do anything. The cost of your plan will increase from $75 to $80 per month from the date listed in your email or SMS. Nothing else on your plan will change.
Can I move to a different plan after the plan price changes to $80?
If this plan no longer suits your needs you can change to another plan orcancel your service in your Belong account, at no cost to you.
