We have reviewed the pricing of our internet plans, and they will be increasing from 01 July 2026.

Why was this change made?
We understand that any price increase can be challenging, but these price changes will allow us to keep investing in our network, products and services as data usage continues to rise, while managing nbn wholesale cost increases.
When will my plan change?
You will receive an email or text from us before the price increase, giving you at least 30 days' notice.

What does this change mean for me?
You don’t have to do anything. The cost of your plan will increase from the date listed in your email or text. Nothing else on your plan will change.
Can I move to a different plan before or after the plan price changes?
If this plan no longer suits your needs you can change to another plan or cancel your service in your Belong account, at no cost to you.
