We're here to help
Domestic and family violence can happen to anyone – and it can happen in ways that aren’t easily visible to the people around us.
It can encompass physical or emotional abuse, but it can also take other, less-obvious forms. Technology-assisted abuse can involve controlling, tracking or intimidating someone using phones or computers, while economic abuse might involve closely tracking spending, restricting access to money or accumulating debt.
If you’re in a situation that’s controlling, coercive or violent, there are ways we can help.
