What do I get with the Belong modem?

The latest generation Belong modem (DWA4135) is a simple, plug-and-play modem designed to work with our internet plans.

The D W A 4135 is a flat rectangle with rounded corners. It sits upright on the thick, long edge, and is thinner at the top.

The Belong modem tech specs

Here’s what you get with the Belong modem:

  • Wi-fi 6 (802.11 ax)

  • WPA2/WPA3

  • 4 x 1Gbps LAN ports

  • 1Gbps WAN port

  • USB 3.0 port

Wi-fi 6 has a data rate of 950Mbps on our modem (DWA4135). That can mean faster wi-fi connection and smooth streaming, gaming and browsing, even with multipled devices connected (compared to wi-fi 5).

The Belong modem can manage connections to multiple devices simultaneously. Performance will depend on multiple things (including your home set-up/wiring) but, for example, you could have up to 12 devices streaming at the same time.

WPA3 is an upgrade for your wi-fi security. It provides tougher encryption than WPA2, making it harder for hackers to crack your network.

USB 3.0 transfers data more quickly than USB 2.0, helping your devices share info faster.

The Belong modem’s packaging is made of 100% recycled materials. Its housing is made of 95% recycled plastic.
