How do I make sure my phoneâs compatible?
Look for an email from us about the closure ââŻitâll have exact instructions, based on the phone youâre using now. We would have sent it to the email address you use to log in to My Account.
If you canât find the email, get in touch with us using the chat box in the bottom-right corner, or the number at the bottom of the page. If you can still send text messages, you can also text â3Gâ to 3498 to find out how your phoneâs affected, and what you need to do.
Once youâve followed those instructions, allow 24 hours for our database to update. After that, you should stop hearing the message.
