I'm having trouble topping up my data

Can’t top up? Here’s what might be going on.

When you buy a data top-up, we use your usual payment information to take a one-off payment for a one-off dose of data. If your top-up isn’t working, it might be because:

  • There aren’t enough funds in your account

  • Your payment details are out of date

  • You’ve exceeded the top-up limit (40 top-ups per billing cycle)

If none of these could be the reason, it might be an issue at our end. Use the ‘Let’s chat’ button in the bottom right-hand corner so we can look into it for you, or call us on the number at the bottom of the page. We’re here 8am-8pm AEST, 7 days.
