How do I listen to my voicemail messages?

Your messages in your voicemail mailbox can be listened to by dialling 101 and following the prompts.

How many messages can be stored in my voicemail mailbox?

Your mailbox can hold up to 40 messages, each message can be up to 60 seconds long.



How long will my messages be stored in my voicemail mailbox?

Unplayed messages will be available for 14 days and played messages will be available for 7 days.

After you play a message, you’ll have the option to store it. Stored messages are available for 10 days.
You can also choose to save your message after it has been played by following the prompts.

These messages will not be deleted until you choose to delete them.

How will I know I have a voicemail message?

You will get a SMS message letting you know that you have a new voicemail message.

How do I check my voicemail is active?

You can check your voicemail is active by dialling 101 from your phone, or by logging onto you My Mobile account via the Belong website

How do I change my voicemail mailbox settings?

Settings can be changed at any time by dialling 101 and following the voicemail prompts. This includes changing your personal greeting and your mailbox PIN.

I’ve forgotten my voicemail mailbox pin. How do I reset it?

If you forget your mailbox PIN, it can be reset from dialling 101 and following the voicemail prompts.

If you have forgotten your PIN and cannot access your mailbox or have exceeded the allowable number of attempts (which locks your mailbox), please send a support request to our team. They will help reset it for you.

How do I activate or deactivate my voicemail?

You can activate or deactivate your voicemail service by following the below steps.

  1. Visit the .

  2. Log in to your My mobile account.

  3. Scroll down to Manage and select the Voicemail settings option.

  4. From here select which service you would like enabled.

  5. Once chosen your preferred service click confirm.

Please note when enabling a new messaging service please allow up to 4 hours for the change to take place. When transferring a new number across please allow up 36 hours for the change to take place.

Can I get visual voicemail on my iPhone?

Belong does not support visual voicemail at this time. You can still dial '101' to access your voicemail inbox.
