What are my options when travelling overseas?
International Roaming travel pack
You can buy an International Roaming travel pack for your mobile service. That gives you 3GB of data, 150 minutes in inbound and outbound calls, and unlimited standard SMS while you’re in an eligible destination. These travel packs cost $30 and must be added to an active Belong mobile service.
Free inbound SMS and wi-fi calling
Inbound SMS and wi-fi calling are included for free with all eligible plans*. You don’t need to buy a travel pack to get these benefits.
Inbound SMS lets you receive SMS when you’re in the eligible destinations listed below. It’s great for things like verification codes.
With wi-fi calling, you can call Aussie numbers over a suitable wi-fi connection. Set Up VoLTE wi-fi calling.
* Customers on 1GB plans aren’t eligible for free inbound SMS or our paid travel packs.

You can use our International Roaming travel packs in the following destinations:

North America
Oceania
* Excludes Bihar, Uttar Pradesh East, West Bengal
** Guernsey calls and SMS only (Excludes Data)
In addition, Belong is trialing International Roaming in Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg and Romania. Your service may work there but isn't currently guaranteed.
At times, some destinations may not be reachable while you're overseas or may be temporarily restricted. If you’re having trouble, you can chat to us on the Belong app/website or call us on between 8am and 8pm (AEDT), 7 days a week.
