How do I change or upgrade my service?

Change or upgrade

To change your Belong mobile or data plan, and select Manage. From there, simply select change plan.

Alternatively, click the button below.

Your new data allowance and new monthly payment amount will take effect at the start of your next monthly payment cycle.

Things you should know: Please note that you can only change plan once per monthly payment cycle.

Data top up

If you need a data top up to get through to your next monthly payment, simply log in, click on 'Manage Mobile' and select 'Gift data to a friend'.

Data top ups from Data plans will expire at the end of the billing period.
