What do I do if I can't pay my bill?

If you’re having trouble paying your bills, we can help

Mobile and internet are essential services. That’s why we’ve got things in place to help keep you connected if you’re not in a position to pay right now.

You might only need short-term relief, or maybe you need longer-term support. Whatever your situation, our Payment Assistance Policy (PDF | 308KB) has all the details on how we can help.

To get financial support, get in touch

If you need help, it’s really important that you let us know, as unpaid bills can lead to suspension or disconnection. Once we know you need support, we can organise a plan.

We know it can be uncomfortable to talk about money things. We promise to be kind and discreet as we work out what kind of support would suit you best. We’ll also limit how much information we ask for as much as possible.

To speak to us, give us a call on 1800 979 544 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). You can also use the ‘Let’s chat’ button in the bottom right-hand corner, or email
