How do I update my payment details?

Change the way you pay in My Account

At Belong, we process all payments via direct debit on or around the same date each month. You can change the account you use for payments in My Account.

To update your payment details

  1. Log in to my account

  2. Select your service

  3. Select View and update payment method or Add/edit payment method

  4. Follow the prompts (if you’re using PayPal, you’ll need your login details handy)

  5. Select Confirm payment method

If you have more than one service with us, you’ll need to update the payment details for each service separately (this also means you can pay for each service from a different account if it suits you better).

Payment methods we accept

You can pay for your service via:

  • Debit (Visa or Mastercard)

  • Credit (Visa or Mastercard)

  • PayPal

We accept credit and debit card payments from Australian banks, building societies and credit unions.

We don’t accept disposable virtual credit cards or prepaid cards.
