How do I add an authorised person to my account?

If you’d like to add a decision maker to your account, you’ll need to get in touch with us. Use the ‘Let’s chat’ box in the bottom right corner, or give us a call on . We’re here 8am-8pm AEST, 7 days.

When you add an authorised person, they can access the personal details stored on your account (full payment details stay hidden). Although they’ll be able to make the same changes you can, you’ll still be financially responsible for the account .
