Can I swap to eSIM on a secondary device?

You can swap to eSIM on any device (e.g. a tablet) that’s compatible with eSIM. You can either use the Belong app (if it’s available on your device) or the Belong website, using the manual install instructions.

If you have multiple services on your Belong account (e.g. a mobile service for your children), you can swap to eSIM on their device in two ways:

  1. Install the Belong app on their device and log into your account. Then follow in the instructions to swap to eSIM.

  2. Using the Belong website, following the ‘Install eSIM manually’ instructions.

Note: We will send you a One Time Passcode (OTP) to confirm your swap to eSIM. Please do not share your account password or OTP with anyone.
