Getting a Belong eSIM

This support article is for setting up eSIM for a data plan or mobile plan with a new Belong number. There’s a separate support article if you’re after transferring your existing number to Belong eSIM

Step 1: Set up your mobile service

  1. Pick a mobile or data plan.

  2. Select eSIM.

  3. Follow prompts to log in or create an account.

  4. Follow prompts to setup your plan, choose to keep your number and add a payment method.

  5. Confirm and pay for your order.

Step 2: Install eSIM

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to start eSIM installation.

  1. Choose to install manually or via the app.

  2. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete installation.
