I'm having trouble gifting data

To gift data, make sure you have checked the following:

  • the recipient is a Belong mobile customer with an active mobile service or active data plan service

  • you have entered the recipient’s mobile service number correctly

  • you have more than 1.3GB of data remaining in your data bank

If you've checked all that and you're still having problems, send us a message and we'll look into it for you.
