Changing ADSL modem settings

Below you’ll find some of the common settings that you may need to update in the modem interface.

To understand which kind of modem you have, check the label on the back or bottom of your modem or use this quick reference guide:

Belong 4353 modem

Make sure you're connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, and the ‘Sync’ light is a solid green colour, then follow the steps below:

  1. On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar

  2. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password

    1. Enter the username ‘admin’

    2. Enter the password ‘Belong’

    3. Click ’Login’

  3. From the top menu, select ‘Broadband’

  4. Make sure ‘PPP Enable’ is set to ‘On’

  5. Type your PPP username and password in the open fields (you can find these details in the ‘Manage service’ area of your online account

  6. Allow approximately 30 seconds for the ‘Internet’ light to go green

  7. The Internet icon at the top right of the page will also turn green and show as ‘Connected’.

Sagemcom 4315 modem

Make sure you are connected via wi-fi or Ethernet, and the ‘DSL’ light is a solid green colour, then follow the steps below:

  1. On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar

  2. When prompted for the modem authentication username and password

    1. Enter the username ‘admin’

    2. Enter the password ‘Belong’

    3. Click ’Login’

  3. From the left hand menu, select ‘Internet Connection’

  4. Type your PPP username and password in the open fields (you can find these details in the ‘Manage service’ area of your online account

  5. Click ‘Save/Apply’

  6. Allow approximately 30 seconds for the ‘Internet’ light to go green

  7. The Internet icon at the top right of the page will also turn green and show a connected online status.

Technicolor TG797 modem

Make sure you're connected via wi-fi or Ethernet and the ‘WAN’ light is a solid green colour, then follow the steps below:

  1. On your device, open an internet browser and type 10.0.0.138 into the address bar

  2. From the main home screen, select 'PPPoE DSL’ under ‘Broadband Connection’

  3. Type your PPP username and password in the open fields (you can find these details in the ‘Manage service’ area of your online account

  4. Click ‘Connect’

  5. Allow approximately 30 seconds for the ‘Internet’ light to go green

  6. The screen will then change and show a connected online status.
