Can I reschedule my nbn appointment?

If you can't make the current appointment, please log in to my account. You'll find your appointment listed on the dashboard.

From there you can reschedule your current appointment to a more convenient time.

Please note however that we always schedule the closest available appointment so any changes will postpone your connection until that time. You also can't make any changes to your appointment within 24 hours of the current scheduled date. Call us on if you need to make a change within 24 hours of your scheduled date.
