Service misuse and termination
As a telco, it’s our job to make sure our service is used in a way that’s safe, legal and equitable.

How we handle unsafe usage
When you sign up to Belong, you agree to the Acceptable Use Policy in our Customer Terms. This policy allows us to act if we see someone using their service in a way that could compromise our network, or harm other mobile and internet users.
If we believe a service has breached our Acceptable Use Policy, we may slow, suspend, limit, block or migrate it to curb the impact the breach has on other users. In some cases, we may terminate the service entirely.
Think we've terminated your service in error?
Every now and then, we pick up usage that appears to breach our Acceptable Use Policy, even though it’s legitimate.
Although we try our best to only act on true breaches, we don’t always get it right. If you think you’ve been terminated when you shouldn’t have been, please get in touch with us so we can fix it.
