I'm not getting a signal on my device

Problems with your Belong mobile service may be caused by a few different things. If you're having trouble getting a signal, try the following:

1. Check that airplane mode is turned off 

If you're not sure how to do either of these things, please check your device manufacturer's website.

2. Turn your phone off, wait a minute, then turn it back on again

There may be an issue with your device - often these can be solved by simply powering off, waiting for a minute or two, and powering back on again. If you think you have a device issue and this doesn't fix it, please visit your manufacturer's website.

3. Try another device

Insert your Belong SIM into another device to see if you can get a signal. If there's no signal it might be that you have a damaged SIM and will need to order a replacement SIM. You can order a replacement SIM via the app or your Belong account. 

4. Check our mobile coverage map to ensure your area is covered.
