Changes to our mobile plans

We care about the quality of your service and experience and changing our prices helps us to continue to offer access to what matters - like reliable coverage, security, and trustworthy support for your mobile.

What’s changing?

We’re no longer offering a $15, $19, $25 or $29 plan and will be moving existing customers on these plans to either our new $21 or $30 plan.

How will I know the date of my plan change?

You will receive an email or SMS from us ahead of your plan change, giving you enough notice (and not less than 30 days) to prepare. We will be moving customers over to the new plans at different times and letting them know via email. It’s important to make sure your contact email address in your account is up to date.

How do I update my email address?

What does this change mean for me?

If you’re currently on a $15 or $19 plan, your new plan will cost $21 a month and your data allowance will be 7GB.

If you’re currently on a $25 or $29 plan, your new plan will cost $30 a month and your data allowance will be 25GB.

Everything else stays the same, including any international calls and text or data top-ups you might have applied.

What if I don’t want to move to the new mobile plan?

If the plan no longer suits your needs, you can change to another plan or cancel your service using the Belong app at no cost.

What if I can’t pay the new price?

Our payment assistance options can help take the pressure off. For more information on our Payment Assistance Policy, visit our payment assistance page.

Can I move to a different plan after the plan price changes?

You will have to wait until your next payment cycle to be able to change plans again.
