Belong offers two mobile SIM only plans – Regular 10GB and Large 40GB.
All our mobile plans include unlimited national calls & text (SMS/MMS) to standard landline & mobile numbers.
Unlimited international calls and text (SMS/MMS) to selected countries is also included when you choose the Large 40GB plan. For $5 per month on top of your monthly fee, you can add this to the Regular 10GB plan.

Our plans also include unlimited data banking and data gifting, which gives you even more freedom with your data. You can bank unused data from month to month when you pay on time, and gift data to other Belong mobile customers.
You won't be charged extra if you reach your data limit on either plan, your data speeds will be simply slowed to a maximum of 64kbps. You can always buy a once-off data top up to get you through to the end of the month at normal speeds.

I thought you offered a $10 smaller 1G plan?
We did, but as of 23 July Belongs $10 plan will no longer be available for new sign-ups.
How does this affect you?
If you're already on the $10 plan, this won't affect you. You'll remain on the plan.
Once you've signed up, you'll be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. You can also stay on the $25, switch to the $40 plan or cancel the service.
If you sign up on or after 23 July, while you won't be able to purchase the $10 plan when joining Belong. You will, however, be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. You can also stay on the $25, switch to the $40 plan or cancel the service.
If you've purchased a $10 SIM kit from a retail outlet, you can sign up for the $25 plan, and will get a $15 credit against that plan cost for the first month. To do so, you’ll need to lodge a Support Request below.
Once you've signed up, you'll be able to change over to the $10 plan at the start of your next billing month. To change your plan head here.
Alternatively, we’re happy to offer you a full refund for the cost of the purchased SIM. Simply raise a Support Request, and one of our customer service reps will sort it out for you.
