Using retail SIM credit with eSIM

If you’ve purchased a Belong SIM from a retail provider but want to activate eSIM, you can transfer retail SIM credit to your eSIM plan. You can’t transfer credit from an $80 Belong Starter SIM card.

Activate your service on eSIM

Activate your plan on eSIM. Once you have a working service, contact us and we’ll help transfer your credit value form your physical SIM card to your plan. You can contact us by starting a LiveChat or calling between 8am-8pm AEST, 7 days a week.

Activate your SIM card

Activate your retail SIM card, then swap the service over to eSIM. Your credit will transfer automatically.

  1. Start activating your retail SIM.

  2. Select ‘Physical SIM card’.

  3. Follow prompts to log in or create your Belong account.

  4. Follow prompts to register your SIM card and set up your service.

  5. Confirm your order.

  6. Wait until your service is active. You’ll receive an email from us when this happens.
