  1. Log in to My Account

  2. Select 'Manage internet'

  3. Select 'Move service' and follow the prompts

How to connect your new place:

  1. Enter your address so we can check the nbn connection type

  2. Choose your plan and let us know if you need a modem

  3. Follow the prompts to create your account

We’ll send an email confirming your sign-up, then get back in touch once your new place is connected.
