Are you getting ready to move into a new place or have you already moved in?
It's important to let us know you’re moving as early as you can and intend to take your Belong nbn service with you. We can have you connected and ready to go either on or close to your move in date.
Follow these steps to manage your move
When moving your Belong nbn service to a new premises there are a couple of important things you need to do:
Log in to your account and select 'Manage' on Internet.
Select 'Move Service'. We'll ask you to fill in your new address, select a plan available at your new premises and your moving date.
We will send you a confirmation email once you have placed your move request. Please check the details are correct and review any additional things you need to do.
What you need to know:
If the premises you are moving to requires extra work to connect you to the nbn network, there may be a delay in your connection and possibly additional charges.
If your new premises has a New Development Charge, you will need to pay that charge again. We will confirm this with you at the time.
We'll waive the termination fees associated with your existing plan as we will need to start you on a new plan.
If you're already paying a month to month New Development Charge at your old premises, the remaining amount will be charged to you on your next bill as one lump sum.
Remember, to take your modem with you.
Do not remove any nbn equipment from your old premises – that remains the property of nbn Co and will not work in your new premises.
