    If you’ve been evacuated, and can’t use home internet at this time, we can help with this cost.

  • Damaged modem

    If your modem was damaged during this event, let us know so we can arrange a replacement.

    If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please get in touch so we can discuss the best way to help you.

Free pay phones and Wi-Fi

Keeping in touch is important. Just a reminder you can use any Telstra pay phone to make free local and national calls to standard fixed line numbers and standard Australian mobile numbers.

You can also get free Wi-Fi at pay phones equipped with free Telstra Wi-Fi.
