How do I get and activate a replacement SIM?

If your SIM card stops working or you’ve lost your phone or SIM, you can activate a new one to your existing phone number. Here’s what you need to do. 

Get a replacement SIM  

To replace your SIM card, you’ll need to order a new one.

Order replacement SIM

We’ll send you a new SIM. You’ll usually get it within 3 to 4 business days.  

You can also buy a SIM card in-store at the following retail outlets:

  • Coles supermarkets

  • JB Hi-Fi

  • Officeworks

  • Australia Post

  • The Good Guys

  • 7-Eleven

  • Selected petrol and convenience stores

Activate a replacement SIM  

Once you have your replacement SIM, you’ll need to activate it.

Register replacement SIM

If you want to do it later, here's the steps:  

  1. Log into your Belong account.  

  2. Click 'Manage mobile' under the mobile or data plan service.  

  3. Select 'Activate replacement SIM'  

  4. Follow the prompts and you're done.
