What can I do in My Account?

Use My Account to make simple changes to your account

Got your My Account details, but not sure why you might need them? Here’s the lowdown on what you can use My Account for, if you ever need to.

You can access My Account either in your browser, or via the Belong app available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

To see your Belong account management options:

  1. Log in to my account

  2. Select Manage internet/mobile/data for the plan you want to make changes to

  3. Scroll down to see all available options

Checking/changing your plan

My Account will show you any services that are registered with your email address. From there you can:

  • See the details of each plan

  • Change to a higher/lower plan

  • For mobile plans, see how much data you have left

  • See a summary of your monthly charges

  • For mobile plans, add an International Roaming travel pack

Update your details

While you can’t change all your details in My Account, there are plenty you can:

  • Payment details

  • Address

  • Contact number

  • Password

If you can’t change something yourself, get in touch with us so we can look into it for you. Use the 'Let's Chat' box in the bottom-right corner, or give us a call on the number at the bottom of the page.

Make/update payments

You can also use My Account to:

  • Update your payment details (if you have multiple services with us, you’ll need to update their payment details separately)

  • Top-up your account (make a one-off payment towards your next bill)

Move your service

Let us know if you need your internet connection moved to a new address up to two months ahead of time.

Manage your data

If you have a Belong mobile plan, you can also use My Account to:

  • Send data to another Belong mobile customer

  • Buy a data top-up

  • See when your data allowance resets

  • See how much data is in your data bank
