You can manage your account and Belong services online and with our Belong App, available on both the and Google Play Store.

How to manage your Belong account

Personal details

  • View or update your contact mobile number, email address or online account password

  • Add an authorised person to your account

Payment Details

  • Update your payment method or change your payment details

  • View and download your monthly invoices

  • Pre-pay your internet service a month in-advance

Manage Service

  • View your current internet plan

  • Change to a different plan

  • View a summary of your monthly charges

Move Service

  • Request to move your internet service to another address, choose your move-in and move-out dates and we’ll take care of the rest.


  • View SMS and email communications received from Belong, all in one place.

Data Usage

  • While you may be on an unlimited data plan, you can see a summary of how much data your home internet service has used.


  • Find out how to introduce a friend or family member to Belong, and we’ll give both of you credit towards your service (conditions apply).

Access self-serve via a web or mobile browser

  1. Log in to my account using your email address and password

  2. Select Manage Internet from the dashboard view
