Tips for getting back into your account
If you canât log into your account, try the tips below to get it sorted.
Reset your password
If youâre getting stuck at the login page, try resetting your password to get access back. Youâll need the email address and the date of birth you signed up with.
Check your email address
Youâll need to log in using the same email address you signed up with. If youâre not sure what it is, get in touch with us using the chat box in the bottom right corner, or number at the bottom of the page. Weâre here 8am-8pm AEST, 7 days.
Before we provide your login email, weâll ask for a few account details to confirm your identity.
Update your app or browser
Sometimes, older versions of browsers and apps can cause login problems. If you use a web browser for My Account, make sure youâve got the latest version. And if you use the app, see if thereâs an update available.
Log in another way
If you canât log in on your computer, try logging in on the Belong app instead, or vice versa.
