We accept MasterCard, Visa, or PayPal to pay for your internet service. You can update your payment details at any time.
To update your payment details:
Select Manage Internet from the dashboard view.
Navigate to Payment details from the dashboard by selecting View Details.
Choose Add/edit payment method.
Depending on your method of payment, select either MasterCard/Visa or PayPal and follow the prompts. If you select PayPal, you’ll need to have your login details handy for your PayPal account.
Important to know: If you have both a Belong mobile service and a home internet service, your payment method is managed separately for your mobile services, just head back to the My Services view from the top of your account dashboard if you’d like to update your mobile service details as well.
