You might need an installation appointment before we can get your nbn service going. If that’s the case, you’ll have to get the property owner’s permission to install an nbn Connection Box. Have a chat to them, or the property manager, about connecting to the nbn.
If you’re living in an apartment complex, the nbn technician may need access to your buildings comms facilities (sometimes known as the comms room/cupboard or MDF) - check with your building manager prior to your connection to ensure this can be accessed.
