If you’ve been affected by the floods in South-west and Western Sydney, we want to help. The last thing you need to be worrying about is your phone or internet bill or your connection.

What we’re doing for our customers

    If you’ve been evacuated from your home, we can credit your monthly charge for one month.

Network update

We’re working to restore your mobile and internet services. There are some impacts to nbn and mobile services so we’re working with our suppliers to get that sorted. Rest assured, we’re doing this as fast as we can.

Just a reminder that all of Telstra’s pay phones are free to use if you’re having trouble with your service. You can also use Telstra Air wi-fi hotspots if you need to get online.
