Refunds for non-connected mobile services

In April 2021, while updating our billing systems, we discovered that some customers had been charged for a new SIM but were unable to connect to our Belong mobile service.

What happens now?

We’re now trying to refund the people who were charged – either directly, by returning the money to the account that was charged, or by cheque (if the relevant account has been closed).
