If you’ve been affected by the floods in Queensland or northern New South Wales, we want to help. The last thing you need to be worrying about is your phone or internet bill or your connection.
What we’re doing for our customers
Apply for credit
If you’ve been evacuated from your home, we can credit your monthly charge for one month.
Apply for financial assistance
If you’re experiencing financial hardship, contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Network update
We’re working to restore your mobile and internet services. There are some impacts to nbn and mobile services so we’re working with our suppliers to get that sorted. Rest assured, we’re doing this as fast as we can.
Just a reminder that all of Telstra’s pay phones are free to use if you’re having trouble with your service. You can also use Telstra Air wi-fi hotspots if you need to get online.
