How do I change or upgrade my service?
Change or upgrade
To change your Belong mobile plan, sign in to your Belong account and select Manage. From there, simply pick your new data allowance.
Alternatively, click the button below.
Your new data allowance and new monthly payment amount will take effect at the start of your next monthly payment cycle.
If you need a data top up to get through to your next monthly payment, simply sign in and follow the prompts from your Dashboard.
Things you should know: Please note that you can only change plan once per monthly payment cycle.
