I'm having trouble topping up my data
There could be a couple of reasons you're having trouble topping up your data:
- Insufficient funds. Make sure you've got enough money in your bank account to cover your top-up costs.
- Out-of-date payment details. Check your latest payment information is up-to-date.
- Exceeded data top-up limit. There is a maximum of 16 data top-ups per billing cycle.
If you've checked all that and you're still having trouble topping up your data, contact support. We'll investigate why it’s not working and get back to you within 24 hours.
