I'm having trouble gifting data

To gift data, make sure you have checked the following:

  • the recipient is a Belong mobile customer with an active mobile service
  • you have entered the recipient’s mobile number correctly
  • you have more than 1GB of data remaining in your data bank
  • your payment information is up to date

If you've checked all that and you're still having problems, contact support and we'll look into it for you.
